Job Description

OKX is seeking a Senior Product Designer to help shape the future of decentralized finance. The Senior Product Designer will collaborate with cross-functional teams to define DeFi products and strategies, creating exceptional user experiences for a global user base, with a focus on web3 users.

The role involves owning transaction workflows, data display, and feature execution, ensuring design is front-of-mind throughout the product development process.

Responsibilities:

  • Synthesise needs from Product, Engineering, and Marketing into comprehensive design deliverables.
  • Translate research insights into new products and features, designing workflows and interactions.
  • Support product development with wireframes, user flows, high-fidelity mockups, interactive prototypes, and research.
  • Partner with Product and Engineering teams to define initiatives and create solutions.
  • Collaborate with UX Research, UX Writing, and Product leadership to shape the design vision.
  • Elevate design quality through feedback, Design Reviews, and workshops.
  • Mentor other designers on craft, quality, and processes.
  • Utilise data to inform design decisions.

Requirements:

  • At least 5 years of experience in Product Design, Interaction Design, UX Design, or related fields.
  • Strong communication skills.
  • Experience working with cross-functional teams.
  • Understanding of design-critical thinking and user-centered design methodologies.
  • Results-oriented and adaptable to change.
  • Understanding of experimentation and research techniques.
  • Portfolio of design works.
