Senior Product Designer, Cefi

Job Description

OKX is seeking a Senior Product Designer to join their CeFi product design team. This role focuses on creating user experiences in the cryptocurrency exchange space, specifically for CeFi products. The Senior Product Designer will collaborate with product managers, engineers, and stakeholders to transform ideas into design-driven solutions.

Responsibilities include:

• Synthesizing needs from Product, Engineering, and Marketing into design deliverables.
• Translating insights into ideas that form disruptive new products and features.
• Supporting the product development process with wireframes, user flows, high-fidelity mockups, interactive prototypes, and evaluative research.
• Partnering with cross-functional teams for initiatives and creating thoughtful solutions.
• Collaborating with UX Research, UX Writing, Brand, and Product leadership.
• Elevating the quality of design through feedback and design thinking workshops.

Requirements:

• Experience in Product Design, Interaction Design, UX Design, or related fields.
• Strong communication skills.
• Experience working with cross-functional teams.
• Understanding of design-critical thinking and user-centered design methodologies.
• Results-oriented and adaptable to change.
• Understanding of experimentation and research techniques.
