Job Description

OKX is seeking a Senior Product Designer to join their team in Singapore. The Senior Product Designer will be responsible for shaping the future of decentralized finance (DeFi) products, strategizing, and cultivating exceptional user experiences. This role involves owning transaction workflows, data display, and feature execution, crafting experiences that delight a global user base.

The role involves:

  • Synthesising needs from Product, Engineering, and Marketing into comprehensive design deliverables.
  • Translating research insights into ideas that form disruptive new products and features.
  • Supporting the product development process with wireframes, user flows, journey maps, high-fidelity mockups, interactive prototypes, and evaluative research.
  • Partnering with cross-functional peers within Product and Engineering to define initiatives and create thoughtful solutions.
  • Collaborating closely with UX Research, UX Writing, Brand, and Product leadership to shape the overall design vision.
  • Elevating the quality of the design by soliciting feedback from peers and stakeholders.
  • Mentoring other designers throughout the organization.
  • Working with data to make informed design decisions.

OKX is looking for someone who has:

  • At least 5 years of experience in Product Design, Interaction Design, UX Design, or related fields.
  • Experience designing complex products related to fintech, crypto, web3 etc.
  • Passion about DeFi, DEX trading, crypto wallet management, token swaps, cross-chain bridge and the future of decentralized finance.
  • Proven ability to balance advanced trading features with intuitive user experience.
  • Strong communication skills.
  • Experience working with cross-functional teams.
  • A deep understanding of design-critical thinking and user-centered design methodologies.
  • Results-oriented and adaptable to change.
  • A thorough understanding of experimentation and research techniques.
  • A good eye for design with a diverse portfolio.
