UX Content Strategist

Job Description

OKX is seeking a UX Content Strategist to bridge the gap between users and products. The ideal candidate will craft clear, concise, and accurate content to build user trust and transform complex features into intuitive experiences. The UX Content Strategist will collaborate with stakeholders across various departments and fostering relationships with key stakeholders across various departments, including Product Management, Product Design, Marketing, User Research, Engineering, and Localization.

Responsibilities:

• Craft clear, concise, and user-centered content for digital products.
• Collaborate with product managers, designers, researchers, and developers.
• Develop content strategies aligning with the company’s brand.
• Conduct user research, A/B testing, and content audits.
• Create and maintain content guidelines and style guides.

Requirements:

• At least 5 years of content writing or UX writing/design/strategy experience.
• Bachelor's degree in English, Language Studies, Journalism, Communications, Translations or Interpretation, or related fields.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with outstanding English writing ability.
• Experience in various forms of writing (content strategy, UI copy, microcopies, user education).
• Experience creating style guides and working with diverse teams.
• Proactive problem-solving skills with a focus on timely issue resolution.
