Job Description

OKX is seeking a DEX Influencer Senior Manager to join their team in Singapore. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying and recruiting Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) within the Web3, blockchain, DeFi, NFT, and crypto communities. They will develop and maintain relationships with these KOLs, ensuring alignment with OKX's product values and mission. This role involves creating and implementing influencer operation campaigns to promote the brand and its initiatives. The DEX Influencer Senior Manager will also conduct user research and collect feedback to improve product offerings and collaborate with marketing, PR, and product teams to align influencer activities with overall business goals. Staying updated with industry trends and emerging KOLs in the Web3 space is crucial.

What This Role Involves:

  • Identifying and recruiting KOLs in Web3, blockchain, DeFi, NFT, and crypto communities.
  • Developing and maintaining long-term relationships with KOLs.
  • Creating and implementing effective influencer operation campaigns.
  • Conducting user research and collecting feedback.
  • Collaborating with marketing, PR, and product teams.
  • Staying updated with industry trends.

Requirements:

  • Strong understanding of blockchain, DeFi, NFTs, DAOs, and the Web3 ecosystem, especially onchain trading.
  • Existing relationships with global crypto influencers, Twitter personalities, YouTubers, and other Web3 content creators (a plus).
  • Excellent verbal communication in English; additional languages like Chinese are a plus.
  • Ability to work closely with product, BD, and marketing teams, with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
