Principal Product Manager, Crypto Deposit & Withdrawal

Job Description

OKX is seeking a Principal Product Manager to drive the vision and strategy for crypto on-chain deposit and withdrawal experiences. The role is based in Hong Kong and requires a strong understanding of blockchain technology and user experience principles. The Principal Product Manager will be responsible for developing product roadmaps, conducting market research, and optimizing transaction metrics. They will work closely with engineering and design teams to ensure successful product implementation and continuous improvement. The ideal candidate will also mentor junior product managers and foster a culture of innovation within the team.

Role involves:

• Driving end-to-end vision and strategy for crypto on-chain deposit and withdrawal experiences.
• Leading competitive analysis and market research initiatives.
• Championing user-centric design principles.
• Creating detailed product specifications and user stories.
• Owning key transaction metrics.
• Mentoring and coaching junior product managers.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant field.
• Prior working experience in well-known Internet/cryptocurrency companies.
• Strong understanding of blockchain technology.
• In-depth knowledge of user experience principles.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Passion for cryptocurrencies and emerging blockchain technologies.
• Proficiency in English and Mandarin.
