Principal Product Manager, Crypto Deposit & Withdrawal

Job Description

OKX is seeking a Principal Product Manager to drive the vision and strategy for crypto on-chain deposit and withdrawal experiences. The candidate will be responsible for developing product roadmaps, conducting market research, and championing user-centric design principles.

The Principal Product Manager will collaborate with engineering and design teams to ensure successful implementation and continuous improvement and will be based in Singapore.

What this role involves:

• Driving end-to-end vision and strategy for crypto on-chain deposit and withdrawal experiences.
• Leading competitive analysis and market research initiatives.
• Championing user-centric design principles across all transaction touchpoints.
• Creating detailed product specifications and user stories.
• Owning key transaction metrics implementing data-driven strategies.
• Mentoring and coaching junior product managers and team members.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant field.
• Prior working experience in well-known Internet/cryptocurrency companies.
• Strong understanding of blockchain technology, cryptocurrency wallets, and the mechanics of on-chain transactions.
• In-depth knowledge of user experience principles and best practices.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make data-driven decisions.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Passion for cryptocurrencies, decentralized finance (DeFi), and emerging blockchain technologies.
• Proficiency in English, Mandarin speaker will be mandatory.
