Principal Product Manager - Portfolio Dashboard Experience

Job Description

OKX is seeking a Principal Product Manager to join their Asset Team in Hong Kong. The company is a leading crypto exchange and developer of the OKX Wallet. Team's objective is delivering top tier asset management experience to users.

The Principal Product Manager will drive the product vision and roadmap for asset portfolio features, focusing on seamless balance viewing, token tracking, and unified asset management experiences. He will lead product development by defining clear requirements and translating user needs into actionable engineering specifications. He will have to conduct continuous market research and competitive analysis to maintain product innovation.

The ideal candidate will have experience in cryptocurrency trading and building data analytics products, as well as a deep understanding of user experience principles.

Role Involves:

• Spearheading the product vision and roadmap.
• Driving product development.
• Shaping the future of asset portfolio features.
• Leading user research initiatives and data analysis.
• Owning key performance metrics and analytics.
• Mentoring and coaching junior product managers.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant field.
• Prior working experience in well-known Internet/cryptocurrency companies.
• Deep understanding of cryptocurrency trading, and building data analytics products.
• Demonstrated experience in delivering user-friendly analytics features.
• In-depth knowledge of user experience principles and best practices.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Passion for cryptocurrency trading, decentralized finance (DeFi), and emerging blockchain technologies.
• Proficiency in English and Mandarin.
