Product Director, Institutional Product at OKX

OKX is seeking a Product Director to lead institutional product development in Hong Kong. The Product Director will spearhead strategy, planning, and execution for OKX's institutional products. This encompasses institutional trading systems, custody and broker integrations, CLOB and OTC trade execution, risk control systems, and APIs. The role involves working closely with sales, engineering, design, business development, and marketing teams.Responsibilities include defining product strategy, overseeing the product development lifecycle, utilizing data for decision-making, leading cross-functional collaboration, and managing market launch and scalability.What This Role Involves:

• Defining and executing product strategy for institutional products.
• Overseeing the entire product development lifecycle.
• Leveraging data analysis for product design and improvements.
• Leading and collaborating with cross-functional teams.
• Crafting and implementing go-to-market strategies.

Requirements:

• 8+ years of work experience, with 4-6 years in product management.
• Experience in crypto, DeFi, or traditional finance.
• Proficiency in SQL and Python for data analysis.
• Deep understanding of cryptocurrency, blockchain technology, and financial markets.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Technology, Finance, or related field.
