OKX is seeking a Senior Manager, DEX Operations to develop and execute operational strategies, optimize user experience, and drive business growth. The ideal candidate will be proficient in major DEX trading tools and passionate about discovering Alpha opportunities on-chain.This role involves:
- Tracking industry trends and executing DEX operational strategies.
- Market promotions, product optimization, and trading incentives.
- Industry research, trend analysis, and content creation.
- Crafting high-quality marketing materials.
- Driving initiatives and ensuring high-quality execution of operational plans.
- English as a working language; bilingual proficiency in Chinese and English is a plus.
- Deep understanding of DEX operations, industry trends, market analysis, and marketing strategies.
- Extensive experience in marketing, operations, and DEX (especially MEME trading).
- Ability to work closely with product, BD, and marketing teams.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
