Senior/Principal Web3 Wallet Product Manager (Growth) at OKX

OKX, a leading crypto exchange and developer of OKX Wallet, is seeking a Senior/Principal Web3 Wallet Product Manager (Growth). The successful candidate will be based in Hong Kong and will focus on designing and implementing product growth strategies.

This role involves optimizing the user acquisition, activation, and retention funnel through data analysis, deeply understanding DeFi/NFT/Staking business logic and blockchain technology, and collaborating with the technical team to implement on-chain innovative scenarios. The Product Manager will also build a data monitoring system and develop improvement plans for core metrics like DAU/MAU and conversion rates.

Responsibilities:

• Design product growth strategies focused on user growth.
• Optimize the entire funnel of user acquisition, activation, and retention through data analysis.
• Understand the business logic of DeFi/NFT/Staking and blockchain technology.
• Collaborate with the technical team to advance the implementation of on-chain innovative scenarios.
• Build a data monitoring system and develop improvement plans for core metrics.

Requirements:

• 3+ years of experience in internet product management.
• Familiarity with blockchain mechanisms (consensus algorithms/smart contracts/Gas models, etc.) and mainstream public chain ecosystems.
• Proficiency in data analysis tools (SQL/Python/Mixpanel).
• Keen business sense and experience implementing viral marketing/social customer acquisition strategies.
