Senior Product Manager - Account Security at OKX

OKX is seeking a Senior Product Manager to join their Account Security Team in Hong Kong. The Senior Product Manager will contribute to enhancing the security of OKX platform and its users. They will work closely with the team lead to develop strategic plans for account security products.

The role involves:

• Collaborating on strategies for identity verification, user controls, environmental security, and platform defenses.
• Leading the design of core functionalities like dynamic MFA and risk-based verification.
• Partnering with design teams to create user-friendly interfaces for security features.
• Drafting detailed Product Requirement Documents (PRDs) and collaborating with technical teams.
• Analyzing account security-related data to identify areas for improvement.
• Developing feature guidance and security education materials for users.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Security, Product Management, or related fields.
• 5+ years of product management experience, with 3+ years in account security or related fields.
• Familiarity with MFA, device fingerprinting, and risk scoring technologies.
• Knowledge of security protocols (e.g., OAuth2, JWT, FIDO2), cryptographic fundamentals, and device environment security.
• Excellent cross-team communication skills.
