Senior Product Manager, Global Trading at OKX

OKX, a leading crypto exchange, is seeking a Senior Product Manager to join its Global Trading team. This role is pivotal in managing the end-to-end trading experience across the pre-trade, trade, and post-trade user journey. The Senior Product Manager will be instrumental in defining and executing product strategies, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and ensuring the product meets the needs of global traders. They will also be responsible for innovating products, defining and delivering product roadmaps, and prioritizing features to empower the global trading business.This position requires a data-driven and user-centric mindset, excellent communication skills, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.Responsibilities:

• Manage the end-to-end trading experience.
• Conduct competitor, user, and market research.
• Innovate products and define product roadmaps.
• Define and analyze product performance metrics.
• Drive the product development process from research to launch.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in finance, economics, computer science, or related field.
• Experience in product management, preferably in financial services or trading technology.
• Knowledge of trading, including charting, market data, order execution, and trading analysis.
• Knowledge of crypto, including on-chain data, community content and crypto news.
• Data-driven and user-centric mindset with problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
