Senior Product Strategy Manager, Paid Ads at OKX

OKX is seeking a Senior Manager of Paid Ads Product Strategy to drive and optimize global paid advertising strategies. The role involves data-driven campaign management and platform expertise to deliver measurable business impact across key channels.

The Senior Manager will sit within the product team and work closely with performance marketing and cross-functional teams to push the boundaries of how OKX acquires and engages users globally.

What this role involves:

• Plan, launch, and optimize campaigns across Google Ads, Meta, TikTok, LinkedIn, programmatic, and affiliate networks.
• Monitor and improve campaigns using data-driven insights to hit KPIs like CPA, ROAS, CTR, and LTV.
• Lead A/B testing for creatives, messaging, and targeting to maximize efficiency and impact.
• Build and enhance tracking systems, attribution models, and dashboards for actionable campaign insights.
• Stay ahead of updates on ad platforms and trends to drive innovation and competitive strategies.
• Partner with marketing, analytics, design, and product teams to align campaigns with business goals.
• Identify and implement tools or workflows to scale and streamline campaign optimization processes.

Requirements:

• 8+ years of experience in performance marketing, with a strong track record of managing and scaling paid campaigns.
• Expertise across platforms like Google Ads, Meta Ads, TikTok, programmatic, and affiliate networks.
• Strong analytical skills and experience with performance metrics (CPA, ROAS, CTR, LTV).
• Hands-on experience with A/B testing and campaign optimization strategies.
• Results-driven mindset with a knack for solving complex challenges through data and strategy.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work across marketing, design, and analytics teams.
