Diligent is seeking a Senior HRIS Analyst for a 12-month fixed-term contract in Budapest. The Senior HRIS Analyst will partner with stakeholders to identify system enhancements and support cyclical processes, focusing on user experience. The analyst will work closely with functional groups to manage internal processes, data, and support end-users. This role requires a data steward with a high level of focus on security, accuracy, and integrity of HR data, providing best-in-class global customer service and support to Diligent organization. The role reports to the Director, HR Operations.
  • Serve as a consultative partner gathering requirements and translating into functional/technical design.
  • Maintain and update system configuration, upgrades and data in HRIS platform (Oracle) to ensure data integrity
  • Support company initiatives in various areas, including performance management and various internal client-facing projects
  • Develop data import and exports.
  • 5+ years’ experience with HRIS, with at least some experience supporting Oracle HCM Cloud.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and data integrity
  • Strong collaboration and communication skills, customer service oriented
