Catapult is seeking an Associate Customer Success Specialist to improve the performance of athletes and teams by providing training, education, and support to clients in the APAC region. This role involves working closely with regional teams in North and South East Asia to support existing clients and maximize their return on investment, while also supporting new business opportunities.

What this role involves:
  • Managing a portfolio of teams in North and South East Asia
  • Delivering remote or onsite onboarding to new users
  • Educating customers on best practices using Catapult technology
  • Facilitating technical support, particularly in China and South Korea
  • Maintaining client health through active account management and driving customer retention
  • Creating localized self-service content in regional languages
  • Assisting in pre-sales activities such as product demonstrations
  • Maintaining a large database of information
  • Aiding in the data analysis of elite teams
  • Recording details of support requests
  • Providing feedback on client requests to product teams

Requirements for this role:
  • Fluency in Mandarin and/or Korean as well as English
  • Effective communication skills
  • Willingness to go above and beyond for customers
  • Creative and resourceful problem-solving skills
  • Great time management and prioritization skills
  • Ability to work individually and with a team remotely
  • Previous experience in elite sporting environments (recommended)
  • Great understanding of various sports
  • Hands-on experience with performance monitoring tools
  • Proficiency in statistical analysis of large datasets
  • Proficiency with computers and Microsoft Office
  • Basic IT knowledge
  • Account management experience (desired)
  • Ability to analyze and interpret performance data
  • Bachelor’s degree in Exercise and Sport Science or related field
