Adyen is seeking an Account Manager, Platforms to join their team in Madrid. Adyen is a financial technology platform providing payments, data, and financial products to global customers. This role will focus on global SaaS platforms and E-Commerce marketplaces, building relationships and activating new revenue streams.Adyen's value goes beyond Ecommerce and In-Person payments with a broad offering on financial services like issuing, bank accounts and credit covering the whole value chain. The role involves educating and leading merchants through growth using the Adyen for Platforms solution. The Account Manager will drive innovation and scalability, enabling platforms to integrate a profitable payments layer.
What this role involves: - Being the main point of contact, educator, and advisor for merchant departments.
- Powering merchant growth through proactive advisory in Adyen’s products/services.
- Managing platform integration with Adyen product offerings.
- Collaborating with global Adyen teams on platform integrations.
- Providing feedback to Adyen’s product team for improvements and innovation.
- Enabling Platforms for scalability through products and marketing.
Requirements: - 5+ years of experience in a client-facing or product management role (B2B preferred).
- Fluency in English and Spanish.
- Strong networking, commercial, and organizational skills.
- Strategic thinking and project management abilities.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- Technical interest, knowledge, and understanding.
- Willingness to travel.
