Manager, Project Support Services at Precision for Medicine

Precision for Medicine seeks a Manager, Project Support Services to lead project support staff and enhance administrative support for project teams. The role is remote and can be based in Serbia, Hungary, Poland, Romania, or Slovakia. The Manager will mentor staff, develop methodologies, and ensure quality standards.

Role Involves:

• Developing, mentoring, and managing PSS staff.
• Ensuring personnel work to the highest quality standards.
• Participating in the interview process for new PSS staff.
• Developing robust and flexible operational methodologies.
• Managing workload of supervised staff.
• Providing ongoing feedback and coaching.
• Mentoring and training personnel in clinical study monitoring.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• At least 5 years of clinical research experience.
• Direct line management experience.
• Experience with Microsoft Office Products.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to travel domestically and internationally.
• Ability to communicate in English (Professional level).
