Precision for Medicine is seeking a Manager, Project Support Services. This role involves line management of project support staff, development of methodologies to optimize administrative support to project teams.
- Role involves:
- Develop, mentor, manage, and coach project support staff.
- Ensure staff maintain quality standards and compliance.
- Participate in the interview process for new staff.
- Develop operational methodologies and processes.
- Manage workload of supervised staff.
- Provide ongoing feedback and performance reviews.
- Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
- 5 years of clinical research experience.
- Direct line management experience.
- Experience with Microsoft Office Products.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to travel domestically and internationally.
- Ability to communicate verbally and in writing in English.
- Knowledge of ICH-GCP, Precision SOPs and regulatory guidance.
