Manager, Project Support Services at Precision for Medicine

Precision for Medicine is seeking a Manager, Project Support Services to lead project support staff and refine administrative support methods for project teams. This role involves developing staff skills to meet Precision's quality standards, supporting career development, and ensuring compliance with regulations. The Manager will participate in recruitment, conduct onboarding, manage workload, and provide ongoing feedback.

• Develop, mentor, manage and coach PSS staff
• Participate in the interview process for new PSS staff
• Develop training plans and hold personnel accountable to achieving training goals or addressing training needs
• Manage workload of supervised staff with continued assessment and adjustment as needed

Requirements include a Bachelor's degree, 5+ years of clinical research experience, line management experience, proficiency in Microsoft Office, strong communication skills, and the ability to travel. Competencies include ICH-GCP knowledge, problem-solving skills, self-motivation, and professionalism.

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
• At least 5 years of clinical research experience
• Direct line management experience
• Experience with Microsoft Office Products
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
