Precision for Medicine is seeking a Manager for Project Support Services to lead and develop project support staff. This role involves optimizing administrative support for project teams within a precision medicine CRO.     The role involves:
  • Developing, mentoring, and managing Project Support Services staff.
  • Ensuring quality standards and compliance with SOPs and regulatory requirements.
  • Participating in the interview and onboarding process for new staff.
  • Developing and implementing operational methodologies and processes.
  • Managing workload and providing ongoing feedback and coaching.
  • Training personnel in clinical study monitoring and relevant regulations.
    Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in a relevant field.
  • At least 5 years of clinical research experience.
  • Direct line management experience and prior experience as a Project Support Specialist or Clinical Trial Administrator.
  • Experience with Microsoft Office Products.
  • Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to undertake occasional domestic and international travel.
  • Ability to communicate verbally and in writing in English.
  • Knowledge of ICH-GCP and relevant SOPs and regulatory guidance.
