Precision for Medicine is seeking a Manager, Project Support Services to lead project support staff and improve administrative support for project teams. This remote role welcomes applications from candidates in Romania, Hungary, Poland, Serbia, or Slovakia. The Manager will ensure quality standards, mentor staff, and develop efficient operational methodologies.
- Developing, mentoring, managing, and coaching PSS staff.
- Ensuring personnel comply with SOPs, working guidelines, and regulatory requirements.
- Participating in the interview process for new PSS staff.
- Developing training plans and holding personnel accountable to achieving training goals.
- Managing workload of supervised staff and providing ongoing feedback.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
- At least 5 years of clinical research experience.
- Direct line management experience.
- Experience with Microsoft Office Products.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to occasionally travel domestically and internationally.
- Ability to communicate verbally and in writing in English.
- Opportunity to work with a growing precision medicine CRO.
- The ability to provide input and have ideas valued.
