Job Description
Precision for Medicine is seeking a Product Manager - Clinical Systems to support their Clinical Systems. This is a fully remote opportunity based in India. The Product Manager will be responsible for product planning and execution throughout the product lifecycle, working closely with Technology, Quality Compliance, and Operations. They will report to the Business Relationship Manager and partner with the vendor, product configuration teams, operations, and technical teams to manage COTS systems.
Role involves:
- Developing and implementing product strategies.
- Working with project teams on timelines for new technologies and releases/upgrades.
- Collecting and analyzing feedback from customers and stakeholders.
- Analyzing potential partner relationships.
- Creating test plans with Product Support teams.
- Serving as the point of contact for managed products.
- Managing all lifecycle stages for a product.
- Interacting with application vendors to implement enhancements or resolve bugs.
- Measuring and tracking the cost of ownership for each platform.
- Participating in client audits as a subject matter expert.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in computer science or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years’ experience within CRO.
- Data-oriented and an independent self-starter.
- Exceptional analytical and critical thinking skills.
- Strong Project Management skills.
- Experience with the Deployment and Management of Commercial Off the Shelf products (preferred).
- Experience with Application Lifecycle Deliverables (preferred).
- Demonstrated experience with application change control (preferred).
