Precision for Medicine is seeking a Senior Clinical Research Associate to join their team in France. In this remote role, the Senior CRA will monitor and own the progress of clinical studies at investigative sites, ensuring they are conducted, recorded, and reported per protocol, SOPs, ICH-GCP, and all applicable regulations and standards. Travel is required for site monitoring visits.Role involves:
- Coordinating activities to set up and monitor studies.
- Supporting Project Managers with larger trials.
- Training and mentoring junior staff.
- Interacting with clients and participating in proposal activities.
- Life science degree or equivalent experience.
- Extensive CRA experience within the CRO or pharmaceutical industry.
- Significant monitoring experience in oncological trials.
- Availability for domestic travel.
- Opportunity to work with a company focused on oncology and rare diseases.
- Reasonable travel and work/life balance.
- Influence and impact within a smaller CRO.
