Job Description
Buynomics is seeking a Business Development Representative to play a key role in shaping the company's growth. The role is remote, but candidates should be located in the Greater New York Area. The BDR will be at the forefront of outreach efforts, driving curiosity about Buynomics and building a strong foundation for the sales pipeline. They will partner with Account Executives to develop targeted strategies, utilize innovative outreach methods, and refine qualification processes to deliver quality leads.

Role Involves:
  • Driving growth through cold calling, emails, LinkedIn, and other outreach methods.
  • Collaborating with Account Executives to identify and approach target accounts.
  • Conducting discovery calls to assess lead fit based on the Ideal Customer Profile.
  • Innovating outreach tactics to engage prospects in impactful ways.
  • Collaborating with Marketing and Sales teams to develop early-stage revenue opportunities.
  • Meeting quarterly targets for initial meetings with qualified prospects.
  • Maintaining knowledge of Buynomics’ offerings and industry trends.

Requirements:
  • Up to 1 year of experience in sales, marketing, or BDR roles.
  • Competitive, self-motivated, and able to manage time effectively.
  • Confidence in cold and warm calling to present Buynomics and overcome objections.
  • Proactive approach with a desire to challenge the norm and learn from peers.
  • Fluent English; German, Spanish, or another European language is a strong advantage.
