The Account Manager for Communications & Operations role at Virgo Health supports pharmaceutical, biotech, and device companies by managing communications across brands and client services teams. This individual uses their communication and logistics skills to handle day-to-day account activities, project and financial management, and provides guidance to junior team members.
Role involves:- Managing speaker bureau contracting.
- Focusing on speaker and field communications.
- Preparing communication packets and materials for live events.
- Tracking responses and updating the team daily.
- Managing client initiatives calendar.
- Researching and booking venues.
- Supporting ad hoc requests.
Requirements:- Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Accurate data management skills.
- Excellent people management skills.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Excellent project and time management skills.
- Financial management skills.
- Negotiating and influencing skills.
- Editing and quality control skills.
- 2-5+ years of account management experience.
- BA/BS degree.
