KBRA Analytics is seeking a CMBS Analyst to monitor the credit performance of CMBS transactions. This role involves reviewing CRE loan and property performance, conducting cash flow analysis, and deriving valuations for assets. The analyst will maintain monthly surveillance, prepare reports, and contribute to research. The position is based in Dresher, PA and offers a hybrid work schedule.Here's what the role involves:
- Monitoring credit performance of CMBS transactions
- Reviewing CRE loan and property performance
- Performing detailed cash flow analysis
- Deriving valuations for assets
- Maintaining monthly surveillance on a portfolio of CMBS transactions
- Preparing and presenting analysis to peers and management
- Contributing to monthly, weekly, and topical research pieces
- 0-2 years of experience in commercial real estate or CMBS
- A bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, or real estate
- Strong Excel skills
- Exceptional attention to detail
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively
- Working knowledge of CREFC IRP and Trepp (a plus)
