Senior Director - Marketing (Remote- US Based)

Job Description

Togetherwork is seeking a Senior Director of Marketing to lead the go-to-market strategy for its Pet Care Product Group, which provides SMB SaaS solutions. The Senior Director will lead the marketing team, focusing on marketing strategy, demand generation, product marketing, and brand management. The role reports to the Chief Marketing Officer.This role involves:

• Leading and scaling the marketing function.
• Developing and executing marketing strategies.
• Managing revenue funnel goals.
• Building and leading a high-performing marketing team.
• Overseeing brand management and customer engagement.
• Driving lead generation and pipeline building.
• Managing marketing budgets.

Requirements include:

• A bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field (MBA preferred).
• Minimum of 10 years of marketing, technology, and/or SaaS experience.
• 5+ years leading a marketing function within a company generating $5-10 million in revenue.
• Experience in digital marketing, branding, and customer marketing.
• Hands-on experience with Salesforce (required).

Togetherwork offers:

• A salary range of $135,000-145,000 USD per year + bonus.
