Golin is seeking a Vice President, Client Lead, to spearhead a global account focused on mental wellness. This role offers the opportunity to manage large-scale integrated campaigns and ensure efficient execution, contributing to the brand's promotion and protection in Chicago. The Vice President will work with the client day-to-day and support efficient execution. Golin is recognized as PRWeek’s Best Place to Work, Provoke Media’s Global Agency of the Year, PRWeek’s Large Agency of the year and winning two Grand Prix at Cannes.This role involves leading integrated efforts across various domains, including earned media, influencer engagement, creative initiatives, strategic planning, and analytics. The ideal candidate will serve as a trusted advisor to the client, ensuring strategic alignment, consistent execution, and fostering strong partnerships within a global team.What This Role Involves:

• Serving as a strategic lead for a global account in the mental wellness space.
• Overseeing multiple workstreams: earned media, influencer, social, creative, analytics, and issues preparedness.
• Leading a cross-functional team, driving collaboration across disciplines.
• Building strong client relationships and serve as a day-to-day point of contact.
• Providing strategic counsel on both brand-building and reputation management.
• Staying informed on trends and competitive activity to advise clients effectively.
• Managing team resources, timelines, and deliverables to ensure operational excellence.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in PR, marketing, or related field.
• 10–12 years of experience in PR or communications, with a focus on health, wellness, or DTC.
• Proven experience leading large, integrated accounts with multiple workstreams.
• Strong client leadership and interpersonal skills.
• Expertise in earned media, influencer campaigns, product launches, and brand-building.
• Ability to manage projects, budgets, and cross-functional teams.
• Passion for mental wellness and destigmatizing mental health.
