Weber Shandwick is seeking a Senior Vice President, Client Experience to lead two major healthcare accounts in its Chicago office. This role involves being the day-to-day strategist for clients, managing relationships, and efficiently deploying teams for flawless execution. The SVP will also serve as a supportive coach, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and collaboration.This individual will report to an EVP and partner with senior account leaders across the company.Role responsibilities:
  • Build and nurture client relationships and grow business.
  • Lead, develop, and coach teams of 10-20 people.
  • Guide and inspire clients to expand their communications work.
  • Develop quality standards and ensure client satisfaction.
  • Educate teams to deliver state-of-the-art counsel and content.
  • Stay ahead of healthcare environment shifts and provide guidance.
  • Participate in new business pitch development.
  • Engage in the agency's culture to lead by example.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree required.
  • 11+ years of experience in PR, including agency experience.
  • Deep knowledge of the pharma regulatory landscape.
  • Experience managing a large pharmaceutical account (over $1 million).
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Proficiency in MSOffice and PowerPoint.
