Weber Shandwick is seeking a Vice President, Client Experience to join their Healthcare Practice in Chicago. The VP will manage integrated communications programs and serve as the day-to-day client contact. The role involves managing communications across agency and client teams, ensuring flawless execution. The ideal candidate will display ownership and accountability for client engagement, cultivating long-term partnerships.
Responsibilities:
- Manage programs for reputation management, thought leadership, and crisis communications.
- Oversee workstreams supporting corporate reputation and disease awareness campaigns.
- Support programs for regulated products, sharing clinical data and regulatory milestones.
- Draft key messaging and execute on materials for various communication strategies.
- Maintain daily client contact, serving as a trusted advisor.
- Facilitate cross-functional team integration.
- Manage ongoing team resourcing/staffing.
- Participate in agency development and new business.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
- 8+ years’ PR/communications experience.
- Strong project management skills.
- Experience managing high-performing teams.
- Confident presenter and speaker.
