Job Description
GlobalVetLink is seeking a Director of Customer Success to lead their Customer Success team. The Director will build partnerships with customers, manage a high-performing team, and ensure exceptional activation, retention, and expansion rates. They will drive strategic initiatives and use data to mitigate risks.
The role involves:
- Inspiring and developing a team of Customer Success professionals.
- Establishing and maintaining strong relationships with key customers.
- Leading churn mitigation efforts and conducting quarterly risk reviews.
- Prioritizing proactive engagement and driving customer activation.
- Working closely with cross-functional teams to align on customer goals.
- Refining strategy around onboarding of customers and improving product utilization.
- Managing select high-value customer relationships.
Requirements include:
- At least 7 years of experience in customer success or related field.
- At least 3 years in a leadership role.
- Experience using Salesforce for tracking customer interactions.
- Proven ability to build and sustain customer relationships.
- Experience in conducting structured risk reviews.
- Experience driving cross-sell and upsell initiatives.
