Job Description

GlobalVetLink is seeking a Director of Customer Success to lead their Customer Success team. The Director will build partnerships with customers, manage a high-performing team, and ensure exceptional activation, retention, and expansion rates. They will drive strategic initiatives and use data to mitigate risks.

The role involves:

  • Inspiring and developing a team of Customer Success professionals.
  • Establishing and maintaining strong relationships with key customers.
  • Leading churn mitigation efforts and conducting quarterly risk reviews.
  • Prioritizing proactive engagement and driving customer activation.
  • Working closely with cross-functional teams to align on customer goals.
  • Refining strategy around onboarding of customers and improving product utilization.
  • Managing select high-value customer relationships.

Requirements include:

  • At least 7 years of experience in customer success or related field.
  • At least 3 years in a leadership role.
  • Experience using Salesforce for tracking customer interactions.
  • Proven ability to build and sustain customer relationships.
  • Experience in conducting structured risk reviews.
  • Experience driving cross-sell and upsell initiatives.
