Job Description
Jack Morton is seeking a Tour Producer to manage projects from initiation to completion. The Tour Producer will be the main point of contact for the project team and will work closely with internal teams, the client, and internal resources. This role involves overseeing all stages of a project, including creative and strategic development, production, and delivery. A key focus will be on managing our 2025 tour for a Hospitality and Tourism client.Responsibilities include:
  • Establishing team communication, including status reports and meeting notes.
  • Managing multiple workstreams and phases.
  • Overseeing the Suitcase Tour and the onsite execution team.
  • Acting as a liaison between various teams.
  • Maintaining client contact and producing status reports.
  • Reviewing projects for quality assurance.
  • Coordinating budgets, updating schedules, and processing invoices.
Requirements include:
  • Relevant degree and at least 10 years of experience managing teams and projects.
  • Experience in building/executing tours.
  • Ability to be onsite for key summer events and trainings.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite.
  • Strong project management skills.
  • Excellent communication and client interfacing abilities.
  • Familiarity with various media channels.
