Lucid Software is seeking a Customer Success Specialist to join their APAC team in Melbourne. This role is pivotal in ensuring customers maximize the value they obtain through Lucid products. The Customer Success Specialist will work as part of a strategic team to drive customer success efficiently.

The role involves direct customer interactions and scalable solutions to engage with global customers. They will engage with customers based on their explicit and implicit needs and represent Lucid over screen shares or phone calls, helping customers succeed.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop an understanding of customers’ business objectives.
  • Identify and monitor key user operational metrics focused on retention.
  • Support ongoing successful adoption of key Lucid products and features.
  • Develop and execute data-driven recommendations at scale.
  • Maintain product and billing expertise and resolve user issues.
  • Manage technical issues and proactively identify consumer needs.
  • Innovate processes and systems to improve the billing support offering.
  • Drive cross-functional initiatives to improve the overall customer experience.
  • Develop tools, processes, and best practices to ensure customers realize value.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree with strong academic performance.
  • 0-2 years of experience in a client-facing or technical role.
  • Able to think strategically and tackle open-ended problems.
  • Detail-oriented, organized, and a good team player.
  • A strong sense of personal ownership and responsibility.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Empathy and a passion for problem-solving.
  • Bias towards finding solutions vs. shutting down ideas.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  • Eligible to work in Australia.
  • Additional language skills are a plus (ES, FR, JA, PT, DE)
