Job Description
Lucid Software, a leader in visual collaboration and work acceleration, is seeking an EMEA Enterprise Expansion Account Executive. This role involves strategic business growth for new and existing Lucid customers across assigned territories. The Enterprise Account Executive will collaborate with Business Development Representatives to identify target markets and verticals, engage in outbound prospecting, and work directly with customers to create business value and close sales opportunities. They will also partner with Customer Success Managers to ensure renewals, drive expansion, and maintain customer engagement.
Responsibilities: - Develop and maintain expert knowledge of Lucid's collaboration suite.
- Understand the competitive landscape in the assigned EMEA region.
- Direct outbound lead sourcing and identify new opportunities.
- Generate and close new pipeline through prospect engagements.
- Share market insights with product and marketing teams.
- Effectively manage a book of accounts and create reliable forecasts.
Requirements: - 5+ years of sales experience in SaaS/software.
- Experience working with major customers/enterprises.
- Ability to project manage complex sales cycles.
- Experience with Salesforce.com or similar CRM.
- Outstanding written and verbal communication skills.
- Fluent in English & German
