Lucid Software is seeking an EMEA SMB Expansion Account Executive to drive strategic business growth within existing Lucidchart, Lucidspark, and Lucidscale customers. The Expansion Account Executive will work with potential and existing customers to create business value and close sales opportunities, collaborating with Customer Success Managers to ensure renewals and drive customer engagement.
- Closing business and building relationships with accounts
- Providing customer service and identifying expansion opportunities
- Improving best practices for prospecting and pipeline generation
- Creating and maintaining reliable forecasts
- Becoming an expert in Lucid's value propositions and target market
- Developing a team-oriented mindset
- Meeting team standards for activity and accountability
Requirements: - 1 year of sales closing experience (preferably in SaaS/tech)
- Experience prospecting and closing business
- Experience building relationships and expanding accounts
- Experience with Salesforce.com or similar CRM
- Fluent in English
