The Talent Coordinator will manage interview logistics, maintain recruitment operations, and support recruiters in scaling efficiently.
Responsibilities Include: - Owning interview scheduling across multiple time zones.
- Providing an exceptional candidate experience.
- Supporting the Talent Team with administrative tasks.
- Collaborating with recruiters and hiring managers to streamline hiring processes.
- Managing hiring logistics, including travel arrangements and virtual interview setup.
- Tracking recruitment metrics and insights.
- Championing diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI).
- Staying ahead of hiring trends and best practices.
Requirements: - Experience in talent coordination, recruitment operations, or HR support.
