Director of Strategy & Analytics

Job Description

Beyond Finance is seeking a Director of Strategy & Analytics to play a crucial role in driving the company's growth through data-driven insights. The Director will be responsible for conducting analyses focused on optimizing marketing and sales growth, client retention, debt consolidation performance, and customer lifetime value. This role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, operations, product, and data teams, to deliver actionable recommendations to senior executives.Responsibilities include:

• Leading a small team of analytics professionals.
• Driving data analysis as an individual contributor.
• Defining and challenging KPIs.
• Collaborating with Product and Operations to define tests and experimental design.
• Ensuring data integrity.

Requirements include:

• Proven record of addressing marketing, product, or business challenges.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in business, STEM, or other analytical field.
• 5 – 10 years professional experience in marketing, product, strategy, or business analytics.
• Prior experience in strategy consulting, financial services, or start-up environments.
• Best-in-class data skills including SQL, Excel, dataset manipulation, data visualization, and presentation.
• An ownership mindset and experience managing multiple projects simultaneously.
