Beyond Finance is seeking a Senior Analyst, Marketing Analytics to optimize marketing performance and understand sales effectiveness. This role involves cross-functional collaboration to deliver actionable insights and meet company goals. The Senior Analyst will build a deep understanding of the business and effectively communicate results to stakeholders. The ideal candidate will be results-driven and thrive in a dynamic environment.
What this role involves:
- Conducting insightful analyses on sales and marketing initiatives.
- Presenting findings and recommending solutions to stakeholders.
- Re-defining and challenging company marketing and acquisition KPIs.
- Building and maintaining automated reporting and dashboards.
- Working with product and operations teams in defining tests and experimental design.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in business, STEM, or analytical field.
- 2-4 years of experience in marketing, product, strategy, or business analytics.
- Experience in Strategy Consulting, Financial Services, or Start-up environments.
- Familiarity with Excel and SQL.
- Looker experience is a plus.
- Ability to deliver results in a fast-paced environment.
