Constructor TECH is seeking a Product Designer to join their team in Serbia. The Product Designer will report to the Head of Design and collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance the company's all-in-one platform for education and research. Role Involves:
Collaborating with business and product departments to identify opportunities for product improvement and innovation.
Conducting thorough analysis of user context, motivations, and emotional states.
Proposing and developing design approaches through wireframes, prototypes, and user interfaces.
Developing Constructor’s design system and build design solutions using our component library
Coordinating with cross-functional teams and stakeholders throughout the product lifecycle.
Continuously improving design processes and procedures.
Presenting design concepts to internal and external stakeholders.
Digging into complex product issues reported by customers.
Requirements:
Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Design, Art, or related fields, or equivalent practical experience.
3 or more years of UX/UI or Product Design experience in product companies.
Experience designing and launching products with market traction.
Experience redesigning or improving experiences of live products.
Figma mastery is a must.
English language knowledge - technical (at least B1-B2 level).
