Grammarly is seeking an Accounts Payable Manager to manage its global accounts payable processes across the US and Europe. The role involves teamwork with the Finance team and across the company to identify process gaps, creatively solve problems, and ensure high standards for accuracy and efficiency. It’s a hybrid role based in Ukraine.

Role Involves:

  • Managing the company's global accounts payable process for US and Europe.
  • Managing and guiding AP team members.
  • Managing travel and expense policies and processes.
  • Reviewing expense coding for completeness and compliance.
  • Developing metrics and reports to track accounts payable performance.
  • Collaborating with stakeholders to identify problems and improve processes.
  • Supporting the month-end close accrual and accounts payable reconciliation.
  • Assisting in the financial audit process.

Requirements:

  • Degree in Accounting or equivalent.
  • Substantial accounts payable knowledge of IFRS is a must(US GAAP is a plus).
  • Experience managing a team in a fast-paced environment.
  • 7+ years of experience in corporate accounting.
  • Strong English proficiency (both written and verbal).
  • Customer-centric approach and excellent communication skills.
  • Ownership mindset with the ability to work remotely and independently.
  • Strong problem-solving, analytical, and organizational skills.
  • Proficient with MS Office tools and experience with ERP and P2P systems (NetSuite, Coupa, Navan, or similar).
  • Experience working in a multinational environment.
  • Experience developing scalable, efficient, and controlled processes.
  • Ability to work primarily on US (PST) based hours.
