AI Finance Subject Matter Expert (SME) and Instructor (Contract)

Job Description

General Assembly is seeking a Subject Matter Expert (SME) and Instructor in AI Finance to contribute to content development, curriculum enhancement, and instruction for its learning programs. The role involves collaborating with learning designers and functional experts to create and deliver high-quality educational content.

Responsibilities:

• Participate in pre-sale meetings and prepare materials to tailor learning solutions.
• Curate, design, and contextualize learning content.
• Collaborate with instructional designers to develop curriculum.
• Facilitate engaging and inclusive learning environments.
• Conduct instructional sessions and prepare lessons.
• Guide students in completing exercises and projects.

Requirements:

• 2+ years of professional experience in relevant fields.
• Experience in financial modeling and forecasting using AI/ML.
• Knowledge of AI applications in risk management and fraud detection.
• Familiarity with regulatory compliance and ethical AI in finance.
• Experience with AI-powered financial analytics and reporting tools
• Understanding of algorithmic trading and robo-advisory systems
• Experience mentoring, coaching, or teaching.
• Passion for shaping the skills of learners.
• Strong communication skills.
