Job Description

General Assembly is seeking an AI HR Subject Matter Expert (SME) and Instructor to support content development, curriculum enhancement, and instruction for their learning programs. The role involves collaborating with learning designers and project teams to create and deliver high-quality educational content.Responsibilities include:

• Participating in pre-sale meetings and preparing materials.
• Curating and designing learning content.
• Collaborating with instructional designers.
• Facilitating engaging learning environments.
• Preparing lessons and materials.
• Guiding students in completing exercises and projects.

Requirements:

• 2+ years of professional experience in relevant fields.
• Experience mentoring, coaching, or teaching.
• Knowledge of AI tools for employee engagement and retention analytics.
• AI-driven talent acquisition and recruitment automation
• Bias mitigation and ethical AI practices in HR processes
• Workforce planning and predictive analytics for HR
• Experience with AI-powered learning and development platforms
• Familiarity with tools like ChatGPT/Gemini, Workday, PowerBI, HireVue, Eightfold.ai, Visier, Glint, Galileo
