Job Description

General Assembly is seeking an AI Product Management Subject Matter Expert (SME) and Instructor to support content development, curriculum enhancement, and instruction for their learning programs. The role involves collaborating with learning designers and functional experts to create and deliver high-quality educational content.Responsibilities include:

• Participating in pre-sale meetings and preparing materials.
• Curating and designing learning content.
• Facilitating engaging learning environments.
• Preparing lessons and materials.
• Guiding students in completing exercises and projects.

Requirements include:

• 2+ years of professional experience in relevant fields.
• Experience mentoring, coaching, or teaching.
• Passion for shaping the skills of learners.
• Ability to facilitate an engaging classroom environment.
• Strong communication skills.
• Experience embedding AI features into product roadmaps.
• Experience leveraging AI analytics to inform product decisions.
• Experience managing AI-powered experimentation.
• Experience collaborating with technical teams on integrating AI/ML models.
• Experience addressing ethical considerations when adopting AI in products.
• Familiarity with tools like ChatGTP/Gemini, Figma (AI plugins), Adobe XD (AI integrations), Tableau/PowerBI, Productboard (AI insights).
