macOS Support Engineer - Associate at iCapital

iCapital is seeking a macOS Support Engineer to join their team in Hong Kong. This role will provide frontline support across APAC locations, focusing on Apple endpoint management and engineering. The macOS Support Engineer will be responsible for troubleshooting and resolving endpoint issues, workstation setup, JAMF administration, and system integration tasks. The individual will collaborate with cross-functional teams to maintain and enhance the technological infrastructure, supporting daily operations and driving Corporate Technology initiatives.Responsibilities include:

• Providing Tier 1 & 2 support for Mac platform administration.
• Installing, configuring, and supporting Mac and iPad endpoints.
• Managing and maintaining macOS, iOS, JAMF, and related system-level components.
• Setting up and configuring workstations, applications, and peripherals across office locations.
• Creating and updating comprehensive knowledge base articles and system configuration records.

Requirements include:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
• 3–5 years of experience in macOS systems management, JAMF administration, and SaaS applications.
• Proven expertise in macOS/iOS troubleshooting, deployment, and support.
• Proficiency in programming languages and shell scripting in Unix-based environments.
