About The Role

We're on the hunt for our next Advertisement Design Team Lead! In this role, you'll be responsible for guiding and managing a team of ad designers, ensuring accountability, consistency, and top-tier performance. You'll play a key role in maintaining efficiency, accuracy, and quality while fostering clear and effective communication. To thrive in this position, you should be a strong collaborator, an excellent communicator, and a proactive leader who can manage time effectively, set clear expectations, and mentor creative professionals. The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of ad team policies and workflows.

This is a fully remote position. Interviews will be conducted via phone and video calls. 

The Role in Action

Take charge as a Team Lead, managing and guiding team members while handling a portion of the workload. Oversee Ad Design production to ensure seamless execution. Drive Ad Design team performance by fostering efficiency and accountability. Maintain ad quality control and uphold client expectations Implement and optimize ad workflow processes for smooth operations.
