Point72 is seeking a P&L Reconciliation and Analysis Analyst to join its Operations Team in Warsaw. This role is a control function ensuring the P&L between front office systems and the books and records system matches for all portfolios. The analyst will monitor P&L variances daily, monthly, and annually, resolving them efficiently.Role involves:
- Performing daily and monthly P&L reconciliations.
- Resolving P&L breaks for equities, fixed income, and derivatives.
- Generating daily P&L variance reports.
- Finalizing Portfolio Manager’s P&L based on variance checks and analysis.
- Assisting in responding to P&L queries.
- Participating in continuous process improvement.
- Finance/Business/Economics/Mathematics or related background.
- 0-2 years of experience in product control or operations.
- Superior problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Team-first attitude with strong communication skills.
- Ability to multi-task and adapt to a changing environment.
- High attention to detail.
- Knowledge of financial instruments.
- Previous experience with business intelligence tools or process automation.
