You Will

As a Sales Operations Coordinator you will participate in daily activities within the Sales Organization with focus on collecting, tracking and generating daily, weekly and monthly sales reports to monitor progress, identify its trends and spot any potential issues. Analyzing daily reports, including alerting and flagging specific trends that require immediate attention.

Compile, prepare, update, analyze, and distribute sales performance reports to Sales Leaders on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis. Identify trends, insights, and areas for improvement in sales performance and communicate them effectively to Sales Leaders. Develop and maintain dashboards and visualizations to track key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide real-time insights into sales performance. Collaborate with different departments (e.g., Marketing, Finance, Product) on various projects to drive sales growth and operational efficiency. Identify opportunities to streamline processes and improve workflows within the sales organization. Plan and coordinate national and regional sales meetings, including logistics, agenda development, and attendee communication. Manage the budget for sales meetings and track expenses to ensure cost-effectiveness. Negotiate with vendors for meeting venues, catering, and other services. Manage district and region realignments/renaming as needed to optimize sales coverage and territory management. Maintain accurate records of district and region assignments and communicate changes effectively to the sales team. Contribute to the development and execution of strategic initiatives to support the sales organization's goals.

You Bring 

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or a related field preferred. Proven experience in sales operations, reporting, and analysis. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Bilingual - excellent written and oral communication skills in English and Spanish Strong proficiency with MS Suite and CRM Platforms proffered  Experience in budget management and event planning. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
