Improve the lives of hoteliers while helping them grow their top and bottom lines with our transformative technology.  The VP of Sales leader will own responsibility for delivering quota, monitoring forecasting efforts, and motivating and mentoring sales representatives individually while also building a strong cohesive, collaborative team.

Responsibilities:

Coach salespeople to develop their sales skills including market management, forecasting, prospecting, negotiations, & other necessary skills. Measure, monitor and hold sales representatives accountable for their activities and Results. Communicate and; prioritize product &business needs. Maintain/protect Duetto core values by hiring culturally aligned team members & leading by example. Provide value in complex negotiations, including appropriate use of Executives to maximize results. Work with each sales team member to manage complex sales cycles with new customers by mapping out decision-making and approval processes, compressing timelines, and negotiating deal terms. Develop & implement vertical-wide business &; sales plans to achieve sales quota. Ensure the team effectively leverages sales tools &; systems consistently. Effectively manage Duetto’s brand presence within the Americas, ensuring consistent messaging in the marketplace. Develop and execute sales within Duetto’s existing install base and secure renewals. Identify and support opportunities for the training &; professional development.

Basic Qualifications:

BA/BS in a business or a technical-related field of study from an accredited college or University. 10+ years of management experience with specific experience in selling software preferred.

Preferred Qualifications:

Demonstrated ability to consistently generate revenue & exceed quota by managing processes for identifying, qualifying, & closing new business and growing an existing install base. Demonstrated strong business acumen with an ability to develop and maintain effective business, sales, & vertical market plans. Clear understanding and ability to coach salespeople in a value-based sales Methodology. Demonstrated ability to successfully negotiate & close complex commercial transactions. Demonstrated ability to successfully resolve situations that are broadly defined, complex, diverse, & occasionally, unprecedented. Excellent communication & presentation skills, both verbal & written. Demonstrated ability to identify new, creative ways to drive more businesses to purchase &; utilize products. Operates well in a fast-paced, dynamic, entrepreneurial environment.
