Job Description

Lightspeed Commerce is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Account Manager to join their sales team in Berlin. This role focuses on supporting clients in the gastronomy and hotel sectors with financial services to help them grow their businesses. The Account Manager will work with FinTech, SaaS, and consultative sales.

The role involves:

  • Providing top-tier customer care and advice regarding Lightspeed Capital.
  • Building strong relationships as a trusted consultant.
  • Identifying new opportunities for financial services.
  • Negotiating contracts and closing deals to maximize both revenue and customer growth.
  • Achieving sales goals through strategic account management.
  • Collaborating closely with regional sales managers.

Requirements for this role include:

  • Experience in outbound sales, ideally with financial products.
  • A proven track record of achieving and exceeding targets.
  • Fluency in both German and English, both written and spoken.
  • Confidence when dealing with executives and decision-makers.
  • Willingness to continuously learn, receive feedback, and grow personally.
  • Self-motivation and a strong desire to succeed.
